TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DIMENSIONS

Oxley’s furniture is all hand made which sets it apart from normal mass produced products. All measurements are quoted in centimetres (cm) and kilograms (kg) and are as accurate as the hand made nature of the furniture allows. Minor variations from the listed sizes may occur from time to time and Oxley’s Furniture NZ cannot accept any liability for any such change. The items illustrated on our price list are not shown to scale in relation to each other.

RANGE

Oxley’s Furniture NZ may vary the range and colour of our stock items from time to time. If a customer is interested in ordering furniture and fabrics from the complete Oxley’s international range they should first contact Oxley’s Furniture NZ. DELIVERY AND LEAD TIMES

All prices shown exclude delivery. Prices for delivery from Kaiwaka will be quoted by Oxley’s Furniture NZ at the time of ordering. Items of furniture held in stock at Kaiwaka will be delivered at the earliest convenience. Items in the Oxley’s Furniture NZ range but temporarily out of stock will have an approximate lead time of between 8 and 16 weeks. The precise time of delivery is not a condition of sale.

WARRANTY

All Oxley’s furniture comes with a comprehensive product warranty – a testament to years of manufacturing experience and the use of the best materials and techniques. Oxley’s extends a life long conditional warranty on the structural integrity of the furniture. In the unlikely event of the furniture failing structurally during normal domestic usage, the item would be replaced at the earliest opportunity.The powder coat finish and cushions carry a warranty of 3 years but we expect them to last longer if care is taken to protect them from excessively harsh coastal or environmental conditions.

PAYMENT TERMS

To purchase from the Oxley’s Furniture NZ range we require a 10% deposit at the time of ordering. The balance is payable prior to delivery. Special order items (those not listed in our current range) will require a 50% deposit. Customers are advised to check their orders carefully. Please note that deposits for special order items are not refundable without prior agreement with Oxley’s Furniture NZ.

BUY BACK PROMISE

Oxley’s Furniture NZ are confident that your furniture will last a lifetime. However should your circumstances change and you would like to take advantage of our unique ‘Buy Back Promise’ we will take back your furniture and give you up to 50% of your original purchase price (excluding GST, delivery and cushions) as a credit against new Oxley’s furniture of a greater value. Enquires must be made directly to Oxley’s Furniture NZ. This offer is solely available with Oxley’s Furniture NZ and does not apply elsewhere.
